Antoine Evoloko Bitumba Bolay Ngoy aka Anto Nickel, Lay-Lay, Atshuamo, Tonton Bokulaka, Jocker, Nkumu, Abrahama is a singer born May 20, 1954 in Kinshasa, Congo.

He is recognized as one of the first superstars of modern Congolese music and one of the musicians who marked modern African popular music.
He made his debut in the Zaiko Langa Langa (1969-1974)

Talking about Evoloko Abraham Atshwamo Lau Lay Jocker doesn't elicit a lot of emotions in the present generation. Notwithstanding the man's personality, there's no doubt that Evoloko is a talented singer, songwriter, and composer. His voice is probably one of the best voices that adorned Rumba Music in Zaire and the entire African continent in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.
Today is his birthday.
