MADILU'S 17th ANNIVERSARY.
Today marks another year of celebrating and remembering the legend, Jean de Dieu Makiese Alias Madilu System.
It's now 17 years since he passed on.
He was once a member of the seminal band TPOK Jazz which dominated the Congolese scene from the 1960s to 1980s.
The legend's alluring and much-informing songs Matata ya Mwasi, Si Je Savaic Ca, Nzele, Vice versa, Coesure Bureau, RTC River, Ya Jean, Colonisation, and many others are still perfect and irreplaceable. Your alluring voice is charming to many and will forever remain with us.
